Porn | York Man Arraigned In Child Porn Case

Jack E. Knight Jr. is charged with three counts of felony third degree sexual assault of a child.

Each count is punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine, the alternative of 200-3,000 hours of community service plus restitution for any damage or lost cause .

Knight is also charged with felony visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct which is punishable by no less than three years in prison and no more than 50 with no possibility of probation.

Knight is also charged with felony possession with intent to distribute visual depictions of sexually explicit acts which is punishable by no less than one year in prison and no more than 20 and/or a fine no greater than $25,000 with the alternative punishment of 400-6,000 hours of community service, plus restitution for any damage or lost cause.

A jury trial has been set for Jan. 25.

They told investigators they were looking for pictures of a fish when they suddenly ran across numerous photos of young girls which investigators described as being "obscene and pornographic in nature depicting sexually explicit conduct with minor children."

Upon further review, investigators say they found additional photos of physical involvement with a young girl and some of the photos also allegedly showed Knight’s face as well as two of the victims’ faces.

Knight's bond remains at $250,000, 10 percent. He remains in custody at the York County Jail.
