Porn | Westford Businessman Given Additional Child Porn Sentence

Friday morning, Middlesex Superior Court judge Elizabeth Fahey sentenced 34-year-old Westford business owner Brad Warnerto 10 to 12 years in state prison on an aggravated child rape count, which will run alongside his current federal sentence . Warner plead guilty in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn to charges of aggravated rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a child (5 counts).

According to a press release from the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, "he was sentenced to 7 years probation from and after the prison term on the remaining indecent assault and battery counts with the conditions that he have no contact with the victim or her family, comply with all federal probation conditions and the Sex Offender Registration law, wear a GPS bracelet, have no unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18, be subject to random drug and alcohol screenings, and that he undergo drug/alcohol, mental health and sex offender treatment."

On October 22, 2010 a federal warrant was issued for Warner's home in Acton where he was then arrested for child pornography charges.

During Warner's investigation, email communications were discovered between Warner and John J. Belloli of Dearborn Heights, Mich., in which Belloli emailed a video file of a prepubescent female and an adult male engaging in sexual acts and also sent videos of prepubescent females changing.

According to the press release, "it was determined that Warner had on one occasion raped and on several occasions indecently assaulted the victim."

"This defendant has now admitted to raping and sexually assaulting a young victim on numerous occasions," Middlesex District Attorney Leone said. "Children are our most vulnerable victims and deserve our greatest protection. By pleading guilty, the defendant is admitting his responsibility for his illegal crimes and will be held accountable."
