Former Sageville Elementary School Principal Robert Burke is expected to appear at the federal courthouse in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday at 11 a.m. for a change-of-plea hearing.
Burke had been expected to plead guilty to one count of producing child pornography on Monday under an agreement reached last week with prosecutors. But his hearing was delayed until Tuesday after Burke said he wanted more time to consult with his attorney.
Burke's attorney, Mark Brown, said both sides were still fine-tuning details of the agreement to clarify his client's conduct.
