Teen Sex | Man Gets Four Years In Teen Sex Case

LEBANON - A Warren County man was sentenced to four years in prison for having unlawful sexual contact with a teenage girl.

Warren County Common Pleas Judge Neal Broson also ordered Trent Elliot Tharps Jr. of Lebanon, to register as a Tier II Sex Offender.

Tharps was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty to the four counts of the third-degree felony charge on July 6. Warren County prosecutors said Tharps had faced up to 20 years in prison.

Tharps engaged in sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl that he had known for several years on at least four separate occasions between January and August 2010, according to prosecutors.
