Federal prosecutors filed charges Monday against a Willow Groveman, accusing him of receiving Internet pictures and videos thatdepicted children being sexually abused.
William Risko, 50, was also charged with possession of more than600 images of child pornography on his computer and two thumbdrives.
According to prosecutors, Risko received the pornographic imagesbetween January and October of last year.
If convicted, Risko faces a possible sentence of 30 yearsincarceration and a $500,000 fine.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Philadelphia said the case wasbrought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiativeto combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation andabuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice.
