A survey administered by Duke researchers for a weight-loss drug study shows obese people are significantly less satisfied with their sex lives than the rest of the population.
Obese women reported being even less happy about their sex lives than obese men.
Researchers say a negative body image could play a big part in the findings of the study, which involved more than 200 people with a body mass index of at least 30.
The findings are published in the "Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy."
