Porn | Ex 'Bad Girls' Chick To Castmates -- Come, Do Porn!

An ex-member of the " Bad Girls Club " reality show is trying to recruit her fellow alumni to join her in the world of porn -- in the hopes of producing a new series of XXX movies ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ spoke with "Season 5" star Erica Langston ... who recently signed a deal with Vivid Entertainment so they could release her sex tape.

Langston tells us she wants to make a career out of porn ... but not just in FRONT of the camera.

We're told Langston worked out a deal with Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch to produce her own line of movies called, " VBG (Very Bad Girls) " ... and the plan is to cast ONLY former "Bad Girls" castmembers in the series.

Erica tells us she has her eye on a couple of her old castmates from Season 5 ... and hopes to sign one person from the recently wrapped "Season 6" ... but so far, no serious negotiations have taken place.
